A study describing the de-commissioning procedures to be done to plan and proceed with the de-commissioning of an industrial or commercial unit whose business is deemed potentially polluting, by meeting the Brazilian and international standards and methodologies and dispositions in Law 13.577 – State of São Paulo.
• Preparing, in conformity with Law 13.577, an “Undertaking Deactivation Plan” required to obtaining a “Declaration of Business Shut-Down” to be issued by CETESB.
A study oriented towards contaminated areas that will be included in real-estate developments where the construction work should be optimized during its foundation phases and which will be used to improve the site or as a supporting tool to make the site environmentally correct.
